Saeed Ajmal number 2 in ICC Test Rankings

After winning this match against England, Saeed Ajmal is now ranked number 2 in ICC Rankings. Abdur Rehman is also promoted to Number 9 bringing him among Top 10 Bowlers in the world.

Misbah Ul Haq is also promoted to Number 7 in ICC Test Batting and Younis Khan demoted to Number 10
