Its a modification of Russian tu204 plane, nothing new just fitted with Intelligence equipment.

I don't understand that why people make spy plane from a civilian or transport planes. They can't defend themself nor fast so they can't outrun interceptor and usually their size so big which makes easy target for interceptor. Russia can use their foxbat or foxhound for this role. If remove range then they are inferior to most dedicated spy plane in every field. And they are more expansive too.

Offtopic : When is China's commerical aircraft coming in the market? Is China developing some aircraft that can challenge say Boeing or Airbus? If yes , then any info (Chinese members ?) ... Any website or something...thanks.
