Featured Russia's Navalny in coma in ICU after alleged poisoning

I wish. But in fact all those "Putin's murders" are CIA and Mi6 operations to destabilize and tarnish Russia and make another sanctions.
The funniest part - most of people will not believe in this fact because Western propaganda is very effective.

Novichok case was like you say because it happened in UK, MI6 work.

This happened in Russia, FSB work.

Nowadays in a country filled with cctv cameras like UK or Russia is impossible to do these things without permission of the state when it happened.

Comatose Russian dissident Alexey Navalny arrives at Berlin hospital

Russian opposition leader, Alexey Navalny -- who is gravely ill after a suspected poisoning -- has arrived at a hospital in Berlin following a medical evacuation flight from the Siberian city of Omsk, according to a CNN team on the ground.

The Kremlin critic was flown out of Russia on Saturday morning to receive treatment in the German capital. Jaka Bizilj, chairman for Cinema for Peace Foundation, which organized the medical evacuation, told CNN that Navalny is in a "stable condition."

The hospital, Charite Berlin, confirmed on Saturday it had admitted the 44-year-old for medical treatment, adding in a statement posted to Twitter that an "extensive medical diagnosis" is being carried out.
Navalny, a critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin, is in a coma after becoming sick from suspected poisoning on a flight to Moscow from the Siberian city of Tomsk, his spokesperson Kira Yarmysh said Thursday. The plane later made an urgent landing in Omsk, she added.

In a tweet marking Navalny's departure, Yarmysh wrote: "The plane with Alexey flew to Berlin. Many thanks to everyone for their support. The struggle for Alexey's life and health just begins, and there is still a lot to go through, but now at least the first step has been taken."

Alexey Navalny was said to be in a stable condition on his arrival in Germany.

In an earlier tweet, Yarmysh posted a photo showing Navalny's stretcher being put onto the air ambulance. "Alexey is taken to the medical aircraft. Yulia is with him," she wrote. Yulia is Navalny's wife.

On Friday, Russian doctors treating the anti-corruption blogger gave his team permission to move him.
"We do not object to his transfer to another hospital," Anatoly Kalinichenko, deputy chief physician at the hospital where Navalny is being treated, told reporters, according to TASS.

The Siberian hospital treating Navalny has rejected claims the Russian opposition leader had been poisoned on Friday -- even as his wife said the doctors there could not be trusted.
RIA Novosti quoted the deputy head doctor as saying: "We have requests from relatives to transport [him]. They take this risk upon themselves, we do not mind."

On Friday, Kalinichenko, the deputy head physician, said no poisons were found in Navalny's blood or urine.
"We don't believe that the patient suffered poisoning," Kalinichenko told local journalists in a news conference.
"Poisons or traces of their presence in the body have not been identified. Probably, the diagnosis of 'poisoning' remains somewhere in the back of our minds. But we do not believe that the patient suffered poisoning," he added.

Navalny's team claims transport police in Omsk have detected a "deadly substance" that poses a threat to his life and the lives of those around him, and say this is the reason why the hospital initially did not allow him to be moved.

TASS also reported Friday that an "industrial chemical" identified in samples taken from Navalny was a non-toxic substance commonly found in plastic products, citing the regional branch of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Just like Yushchenko he's been flown to a German ICU.

Unfortunately there are too many American agents in Russia, including police and secret services. In 90's there was entire floor in FSB main building in Moscow, where American "advisors" "were helping" Russia. They had many agents and those agents are still in active service, some of them holding high positions in government. We need good old purges but Putin is too soft to clean this mess.

I think it was something to guess that Navalny can be poisoned and used against Russia, he was under Russian police surveillance, I dont think someone can poison him without Russian state permission.

And today spionage is a very cheaper, massive and efficient thing than decades ago: cctv everywhere, smartphones, internet... It's impossible has a normal life in the west/Russia (in a city at least) without the state knowing who you are (decades ago it was more easy).

By the other side, UK over-reaction to Novichok/Skripal case (expulsing hundreds of Russian agents from the UK and the west), show that MI6 did it, if it were really something done by Russia, UK wouldn't give a sh*t, and that is the case with Navalny... There is no consecuences for Russia, only a few news and that is all.

I would Putin need to poison this scum? Navalny is the stupidest Russian opposition politic. While such a moron ruling the opposition government can feel 100% safety. On the other side - dead or poisoned Navalny could be used as a tool against Russia. I doubt he could ever let to leave Russia if he was poisoned by Russian police.

Navalny was the EU spearhead, was meant to take over the next elections in Russia cause without Putin in the run (only 2 periods in office were allowed), the chance would have gone up for Navalny with a "little help" from EU in elections. Well, now Navalny went useless for the EU after Duma allowed another period in office for Putin. So what to do with Navalny? Just let him retire with a big media bahooo. And thats what happend. Also as it was by Skripals, EU will use this for more sanctions against Russia. EU are fascists.

Novichok nerve agent used to poison Russian opposition figure Navalny, German govt spokesman claims, citing hospital tests
2 Sep, 2020 13:44

Hospital tests on Alexey Navalny show that he was poisoned with a nerve agent of the ‘Novichok’ group, according to a German government spokesman. Those allegedly responsible have not yet been identified.
The German government announced on Wednesday that tests on Navalny showed the presence of a ‘Novichok’-like nerve agent, similar to that said to have been used to poison the Skripals in the UK in 2018.
Though the spokesman did not blame the Russian state for Navalny’s poisoning, he condemned the apparent attack and called on Moscow to explain its position on the case.

I dont know if it was Novichok or not, but I know Germany is seeking problems with Russia publicly claiming this.

Yes. It is due to the fasicsts ideology of the EU. EU tries to have more land than Hitler in 1942.

Well at least Putin knows how to take care of foreign rats running around his country. Pakistan could learn a thing or two from Russians and try on Nawaz, Bhutto and that rat Zardari.

There is a thin line between exterminating rats and executing "political dissidents". When a ruling autocracy determines that an emerging personality or party is going to challenge the status quo, disappearance of political opposition is initiated.

Imagine if Nawaz Sharif had a much more stronger rule over Pakistan, and our Military was not interfering in politics. Nawaz could order the killing of Imran Khan. Nawaz could have said : Imran Khan's party gets foreign funding from enemies and is a threat to the nation. Sounds convincing right?

For this reason, intelligent people who study international relations theory, suggest that such things should not take place. The reason? = the corrupt elite will keep killing the reformists and people who demand rights will fail. Such things lead nations to war in the long term because one day people will start beheading the elite (Russian Billionaires in the future?) and a new "Strong-Man" rises from the ashes of the older autocracy and says that solution of their problems lie in war.

If a rat like Zardari can become the president of Pakistan, and Nawaz can become the PM 3 times, I don't think that they are the ones to be executed or poisoned. The trend shows that there are some rather strong deficiencies within the people of Pakistan that need to be addressed. The only way to address them is through education.

I think Skripal case was due to UK show in what side (USA Side / Russia side) they are to USA.

Maybe now USA wants to know in what side is Germany / EU.

It's like when Police ask to a confident to hurt in some way the subject of a investigation, to know in what side the confident is.

Russian opposition leader Navalny able to leave hospital bed
Alexei Navalny was flown to Berlin for treatment two days after falling ill on a domestic flight in Russia.

Russian opposition leader Alexei Navalny is able to breathe on his own and briefly leave his hospital bed, his doctors said Monday, while Germany announced that French and Swedish labs have confirmed its findings that he was poisoned with the Soviet-era nerve agent Novichok.

Navalny, 44, was flown to Berlin for treatment at the Charite hospital two days after falling ill on a domestic flight in Russia on Aug. 20. Germany has demanded that Russia investigate the case, while Moscow has accused the West of trying to smear Russia.

Navalny has “successfully been removed from mechanical ventilation” and is able to leave his bed "for short periods of time,” the hospital said.

Although noting the improvement in Navalny's health, the statement didn’t address the long-term outlook for the anti-corruption campaigner and most prominent opponent of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Doctors previously cautioned that even though Navalny is recovering, long-term health problems from the poisoning cannot be ruled out.

The Kremlin has bristled at calls from German Chancellor Angela Merkel and other leaders to answer questions about the poisoning, denying any official involvement.
The news about Navalny’s condition came as his associates made some gains in regional elections held across Russia on Sunday.

In Novosibirsk, which Navalny visited before falling ill, the head of his regional headquarters, Sergei Boiko, won a seat on the city council. United Russia, the main Kremlin party that Navalny has dubbed a “party of crooks and thieves,” lost its majority on the council, according to preliminary returns. Another Navalny representative, Ksenia Fadeyeva, won a city council seat in Tomsk, the city he left on the flight on which he fell ill.

The German government said tests by labs in France and Sweden backed up findings by a German military lab that Navalny was poisoned with Novichok, the same class of Soviet-era agent that Britain said was used on former Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter in Salisbury, England, in 2018.

The Hague-based Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons also is taking steps to have samples from Navalny tested at its designated labs, German government spokesman Steffen Seibert said.

He said Germany had asked France and Sweden for an independent examination of the findings. German officials said labs in both countries, as well as the OPCW, took new samples from Navalny.

“In efforts separate from the OPCW examinations, which are still ongoing, three laboratories have meanwhile independently of one another presented proof that Mr. Navalny’s poisoning was caused by a nerve agent from the Novichok group,” Seibert said.

“We once again call on Russia to make a statement on the incident,” he added. “We are closely consulting with our European partners regarding possible next steps.”

Seibert wouldn’t identify the French and Swedish labs. But the head of the Swedish Defence Research Agency, Asa Scott, told Swedish news agency TT: “We can confirm that we see the same results as the German laboratory, that is, that there is no doubt that it is about these substances.”

French President Emmanuel Macron expressed “deep concern over the criminal act” that targeted Navalny during a phone call Monday with Putin, Macron's office said.

He confirmed France reached the same conclusions as its European partners on the poisoning, the statement said.

The Kremlin said Putin in the call “underlined the impropriety of unfounded accusations against the Russian side” and emphasized Russia’s demand for Germany to hand over analyses and samples. Putin also called for joint work by German and Russian
doctors.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov accused the West of using the incident as a pretext to introduce new sanctions against Moscow. He said Navalny’s life was saved by the pilots of the plane who quickly landed in the Siberian city of Omsk when he collapsed on board and by the rapid action of doctors there.

“The perfect action of pilots, ambulance crew and doctors is being presented as a ‘happy coincidence,’” in the West, he told RTVI television in an interview broadcast Monday.

“They dare to question the professionalism of our doctors, our investigators,” he said. “Arrogance and a sense of one’s own infallibility have been seen in Europe before, and the consequences were very sad.”

Lavrov, who has canceled a scheduled trip Tuesday to Berlin, said Russian authorities have conducted a preliminary inquiry and documented the meetings Navalny had before falling ill, but he emphasized they need to see the evidence of his poisoning to launch a full criminal investigation.

“We have our own laws, whereby we cannot believe someone’s say-so to open a criminal case,” he said, adding that “for now, we have no legal grounds” for such a probe.

Berlin has rejected suggestions from Moscow that it is dragging its heels on sharing evidence.

With Germany’s findings corroborated by labs abroad, “we do not expect the bringer of the bad news — namely us — to be attacked further, but rather that they should deal with the news itself,” German Foreign Minister Heiko Maas said of Russian authorities.

Asked why no samples from Navalny have been given to Russia, German Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Adebahr replied that “Mr. Navalny was in Russian treatment in a hospital for 48 hours.”

Russian doctors who treated Navalny in Omsk said no evidence of poisoning could be found, adding he was too unstable to be transferred. A German charity sent a medical evacuation plane to bring him to Berlin, which it did after German doctors said he was stable enough to be moved.

“There are samples from Mr. Navalny on the Russian side,” Adebahr said. “The Russian side is called on, even after three independent labs have established the result, to explain itself, and Russia has ... all the information and all the samples it needs for an analysis.”

Navalny was kept in an induced coma for more than a week as he was treated with an antidote before hospital officials said a week ago that his condition had improved enough for him to be brought out of it.
