Moreover, because Russia withdrew all its SU-25s, part of its SU-34s, SU-30s and SU-24s the majority of airstrikes have been conducted by attack helicopters in central Syria, there range is very limited so they operate from Syrian airfields.

Their is zero evidence for your claim. Russia has been sending in SOF officers to positively ID targets for bombing. In fact several spetsnaz have been killed, one was killed during the battle of Palmyra. Most of the city's residents evacuated so Russia could have just carpet bombed the city, instead they sent in soldiers to positively ID targets deep in Isis held territory.

All Russian targets are carefully examined with drones, satellites and even people on the ground (example Palmyra).
