Umm ... america spent $6.4 trillion in wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Neither country has a credible standing military. In the case of Afghanistan, the country had not even an operational air force to speak of. Whereas Iraq's military had all but been decimated by the first Gulf War.

Russia has been resiliently re-establishing it's military capabilities. This is inspite of continuous zionist-american economic sanctions.
