Pakistan signed the Lahore and simla agreement in 2000 again. Literally stating Kashmir as a bilateral issue. U.N. resolution is obsolete.

It's not BS and certainly not a lie. The wording of the Simla Agreement is as follows

That the two countries are resolved to settle their differences by peaceful means through bilateral negotiations or by any other peaceful means mutually agreed upon between them.

This was the major concession Indira Gandhi insisted on in exchange for the POWs and the 15,000 sq km occupied by the Indian army on cessation of hostilities.

Now Pakistan can say it will not abide by the Shimla Agreement - and that's a different issue altogether but there's no legal ambiguity about the legal dispute resolution process.

I agree that we cannot fight a war with usa ... I am just telling few stupid people that its not like that usa for that matter any country can attack and destroy us like they did with iraq ... We cannot win war against big countries excluding india ... But now will we loose and will ensure mutual destruction of the adversary as well ...

Secondly usa is destroying middle east for greater israel and only threat to greater israel are ksa iran turkey and pakistan ... West is using all the methods including diplomacy force and economics to achieve that objective ...
