Russia Will Give Iran $2.2 Billion State Export Credit in 2016

TEHRAN (Sputnik) — Russia plans to provide Iran with $2.2 billion in state export credit in 2016 as part of a $5 billion loan plan, Russia's First Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov said Thursday.
"Up to $5 billion is the entire [credit] line; $2.2 is for next year," Shuvalov told reporters.

Russian Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov said earlier in the week that Russia could give Iran a state export credit in the amount of $5 billion.
