4 of the 5 permanent members of UNSC are already in a military alliance. Russia is in CSTO. The US, the UK, France are in NATO. Only China is not in a military alliance. China can potentially join CSTO or join NATO, but has so far chose to be neutral.

The fact that you tagged me with this your silly posts makes me laugh. 😆 seems you are back in business my Superboy 🤣 I actually missed your funny posts and comments. Always makes my day more entertaining..
However, let me at least say something about the topic..lol China is unlikely to have an alliance with Russia for many reasons. For one, both of them don't have full trust in each other to be honest, so they will remain closed partners but not allies. Come to think of it. I can even think of one single major joint project or strategic project that China and Russia have worked together on developing upto maturity and that is being used by both countries or marketed abroad. This again explains what I said before.
Even the large civilian jetliner CR929 that they were supposed to work together on developing as a joint venture has now been almost relegated to Russia being a mere part supplier. Lol It's hard to think of any project both countries have worked together on developing and that has been produced and used etc. In fact even Western countries have a better record in this regard than Russia. At least there are quite a few projects that Western countries companies have partnered together with China to produce and that was/is widely used and marketed by both sides and even exported. From French helicopters/engines to German/American cars being produced jointly by China and its Western partners etc. You don't see this kind of productive joint ventures with Russia. That says alot.
