Earlier, Konstruktorskoye Byuro Mashinostroyeniya, or KBM (Machine-Building Design Bureau), which is the key manufacturer of Iskanders, said that the systems will not be exported until 2016. Nevertheless, they have been put on a list of products allowed to be sold abroad.

In particular, last year it was reported that Kazakhstan is interested in the export version of Iskanders. In June, the delegation of Saudi Arabia visited the Army-2015 forum in the Moscow Region to hold talks on acquisition of the systems.

Iskander Missile SS-26 Stone is a short range tactical missile system developed and produced in Russia. The system replaces the Oka SS-23 SPIDER which had been terminated under the Intermediate Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty.

Armenia already has short range ballistic missile systems SS-1C Scud B and SS-21 Scarab.

Who they're gonna target? Let alone SRBMs, all of their key facilities including the Russian base is within the range of T-155 Fırtına self-propelled howitzers.

Turkey has developed an Iskander like family missile system(300km and 450km) and It is hopped an introduction ceremony in 30 August. Development of such strategic guided ballistic missile systems are a direct threat to all hostile countries locating inside of those ranges and All strategic systems developed by Turkey is directly related with our brothers Azerbaijan. You should consider Turkey's capabilities While You are talking about Azerbaijan. It is accepted as waving two different flag of one nation so Armenian Iskander order doesn't change any balance between Azerbaijan and Armenia since Turkish industry is like a heaven that brothers can benefits from A to Z, Even If Western powers try to block the deals...

.
They are getting the Iskander E(export) , (even if they are at all) , They would have to locate them in NK to be able to hit economic targets located in Absheron. If they did get the M version that would be a pretty big deal , but 280kms is not a big deal , Azerbaijan has GPS guided MLRS that have a range of 120, 150 and 180kms. With recently purchased Spy Satellite and 2nd one soon to join , Azerbaijan will have no problem locating all the important infrastructure and equipment.

plus in addition , Azerbaijan has the most advanced SAM network in the region , capable of dealing with BMs , specially considering Armenians won't have them in big numbers.

@Zarvan, Watch this one

Mizrak-O

Mizrak-O is not a Javelin equivalent. It is heavier, tri-pod launchable version of Mizrak family which is actually a rival of TOW or Milan missiles Turksh Army have in inventory.

Roketsan-Saab collaboration is developing a new AT missile which is going to have a range around 3 km. I suppose It will have direct hit/flight missile characteristics to deliver an effective tandem warhead and It will be a bit lighter than Mizrak-O.

A new Man portable missile system called Mizrak-K is under development phase. Mizrak-K is going to be carried just one soldier and can easily be stationed into anywhere to directly attack enemy armoured units. This missile is a bloody strategic one which is going to be developed to benefits camouflage capabilities of single soldier to make a big surprize destruction to enemy armoured units. Mizrak-K is a real Javelin equivalent and I suppose It will have a range around 1,5-2km.

The list of anti-tank missile family from big to smaller can be listed as following:

Mizrak-D Block-2 (~30km)
Mizrak-D Block-1 (16km)
Mizrak-U IIR (8km)
Mizrak-U-L (8km)
Mizrak-O (4km)
Mizrak-Saab (3km)
Mizrak-K (max. 2km)
Cirit-ER: 12km
Cirit: 8km

BTW, Azerbaijan has one of the strongest and modern artillery forces in region. Noone can compete with Azerbaijani artillery forces. They have multiple sources Turkey/Israel/Russia supplying their armed forces with state of art guided/unguided missile/roket systems which is a deadly threat to Armenia. They know the latest advancements following desperately so falling into panic. To change the psichological factors to a bit positive, They are just trying to play bigger with attempting ballistic missiles against what Azerbaijan revealed as a trump against them but everybody knows that Such orders never change any single factors between Azerbaijan and Armenia. If they suppose that Iskander like procurements will strenghten their hands against Azerbaijan, They are in a big failure.

A completely new 300mm folding type winglet guided 120+km range (Left side launchers from back) artillery missile system specally developed for Turkey's and our brothers requirements. It is first time introduced in IDEF-2015.
