Seriously how authentic is that article by Russian. You take it as bible? Russian too have history of bragging and fabricating news. For example, russia sells khanstan CWIS to China and yet most CWIS type 730 is installed onboard our ship and not khanstan system.

If Russian is the one assisting China in type054A frigate. Why did the HQ-16 VLS system is not install onboard Russian ships? Don't tell me slanted launch version is more advanced than VLS Version? And if finance is the problem. They could have exported the more advanced VLS version to India destroyer but no evidence suggested that. india destroyer is still installed with the obsolete slanted launch system done by Russian.

The Russian military author is just having sourgrape that China has once again surpass them in area of ship building.

Wonder why are you so in denial when when whole world gives credit to brahmos and Russian defense industries . Oy makes me think about the way people been misinformed in China about their capabilities and others .

The main advantage of BrahMos is – it can go at a supersonic speed – very fast and enemies do not have any evasive system to defend against it. And if a missile is launched, the enemy has only one way to safeguard – that is to run away from his position. Unfortunately, the time available to run away from the ship or from the land target is not much, said BrahMos Aerospace president Sudhir Kumar Mishra in an interview with The Voice of Russia."

The BrahMos is not an invincible missile. It is just a bigger headache for the ones at the receiving end of it. With a decent SAM system, you may be able to defend your ship against attacks by subsonic missiles. But to defend yourself from the BrahMos, you need an expensive, high-end, layered missile defense system. If you have powerful and networked Air Defense systems like the US Navy and the Royal Navy, you have a chance of survival. But smaller navies using basic air defense systems don’t stand a chance. Their only hope is prayer.

• Mach 3 (2500-3000 km/hr) speed (which makes it very difficult to detect and track)
• 300 kg Semi-Armor piercing warhead (which causes massive damage upon impact)

• S-manoeuver just a few seconds before impact (which makes interception very difficult)
• 300 km range in Hi-Lo altitude profile
• 400+ km range in Hi-altitude profile

It's funny you are the one in denial while desperately trying to prove Russian involved in Type054A frigate. Why are you avoiding my points?

In fact you want to talk about credit. The ukraine in fact shall be the one credit for advancing China ship building with them providing technology which leads to QC-280 has turbine.

the idea of supersonic missile was there since 60s, but that primitive India took that Russian unwanted garbage as some sort of 'divine' weapon``lol whereas they major players like U.S and China are focusing more on stealth, sensor, data-link, anti jamming and AI`````

nonsense, as far as I know Russia is nowhere near the first club of navy technology now````only China, US and U.K is capable of developing and building most advanced battles ships independently nowadays

they might have a bit of dignity over the sky for short period of time to be honest

The UK is also out, just look at the leaked information of their current nuclear subs.

Russia needs to rebuild their surface fleet, so we could help them.
