Came across these cool vlogs on youtube. I found both videos fascinating since I have never been to either place, but I am planning a trip soon, Inshallah.

If you visit the region, go to Nandana fort(it's hard to get to as you have trek all the way up there) and Katasraj temples. They literally take you into 2000 bc. Rohtas is boring except for its well, which gives a really eerie feeling.

Are the Katasraj temples Hindu?

They are not temples only. It's a small town with a pond in the middle, and an awesome fortress nearby.

It's in the Pind Dadan Khan, Jalalpur Sharif region. It's a very hilly area. The tour guides of Katas usually know where it is.

I have been to both these places, my advice is don't go their in summers, don't go their on Public holidays or weekends and for Khewra take with you some extra lighting, because when I went there they did not have reasonable lighting.
