Can someone help me to identify what all there in that box?
I can identify only green chille, lemon and probably ginger and coriander.

I have traveled extensively on roads and had pleasure to have some of the best stomach full diets on road side dhaba's.

Normally we put on the Nihari and Haleem to enhance the taste.
Yes. green chille, lemon, fried onion, chat masala, ginger and coriander.
