Shouldn't it be built in a clean room with everyone wearing surgeon gowns, gloves, and hair nets like NASA does?
 
You wont say this if you remember Mangalyan. ISRO is full dehati :) They didnt even conducted few crucial tests for Chandrayan, thats much more serious than gloves :)

Yep.. It looks like some technical students doing their project in university lab.. Having said that neatness is last thing we should expect from scientists..
