Risky appointment of female police chief in Kabul

Colonel Jameela Bayaaz took office as the kabul police chief. Appointment has been made in a male and conservative society of Afghanistan. Where already there is lot of polarization in the society. Even when we see the western world women are very rarely at such key public figure due to the nature and stress of job.
This sort of appointment will further increase the rift in the different sections of the society.
