An event that occurred only once is not a good enough sample size to draw conclusions from. If BGB does that every month, or year, you could label that on BGB.
I posted a news a few days ago that thousands of Indians were caught in the Mexico-US Border. Not a single one was shot., Matter of fact more shots are fired by the drug dealers and smugglers then the US Border petrol defending the border. Border Petrol rarely shoots while on duty.
