Reversing thinning hair - possible treatments?

Hi

I'm 27 and since at least last year I have came to the realisation chunks of my hair are thinning to the point where it's barely visible (when they fall out), also when I did ustra last year, I noticed my hair from the front has ceded at least an inch on both sides.

I believe poor diet and heavy dandruff are the primary cause (blocking hair follicles), which I foolishly neglected for many years.... The diet bit I'm sorting out, also using a specialist shampoo (but its filled with harsh chemicals)..

Thus I'm looking for proven natural remedies which control dry scalp and reverse thinning hair.. I have heard good things about black seed oil/ caster oil.. any suggestions will be appreciated.

I'm also looking into FUE hair transplant, which is quite expensive in the UK and I am hoping it does not come to it.. In the meantime I plan to see a dermatologist, but the waiting times are usually long and you have to jump through many hoops as our national health service is taking a nosedive..
Well I am facing similar problem . Despite no one in my family loosing hair . And even my grandfather at 90 has full hair .
The problem is food .
Every thing we eat is full of chemical. Vegetables fruits all the stuff are sprayed with chemicals . Atleast we must wash them well .
Besides if you see, that you eat very less vegetables and fruits then you think you do . You have to eat all the fruits in their season so that all the vitamins and minerals lacking in our food , we can get it .
Stop eating chicken if you can. It is steroid machine now . It is causing a lot of problems. Everyone cannot afford mutton but chicken is just not right .
Stop drinking Coke and anything with sugar in it. Ofcourse you crave for sweet then eat honey , brown sugar only in tea but shun sugar all together .
Shun oily foods to the like zero.. That's include like 70 percent of all Pakistani food .
Don't eat rice and potatoes . Remove them from your diet .
And take some good muti vitamins . Along with fish oil tablets weekly.
Lastly exercise . Don't have to go to gym. Just run run and run . It is excercise for every part of the body .
See the difference in one month .
Besides I myself cannot do this beyond few weeks . But in this environment and things Avalible to us this is the only option ..

a friend fo mine says he made a oil for hair and his hair has grown abit on the bald patch.

I skipped on fruits/ vegetables throughout my life.. I just can't seem to stomach them, Though I got a juicer at home, that I will probably start using.. picking the ones I can stomach e.g. apples, carrrots, strawberries ect..

Don't really eat rice or potatoes so that's not a problem and as exercising I do plan on joining the gym.. The thing is when I said I'm going to change my diet, people probably think I'm overweight, I'm actually the opposite I was slim to begin with and I actually lost nearly 2 stones in addition to that due to skipping meals in the last few months, which I'm hoping to reverse.. As for multi vitamins and fish oils I do plan to incorporate that in my diet..

a friend fo mine says he made a oil for hair and his hair has grown abit on the bald patch.

Do you know what oils he used?

I'm in the process of mixing my own, once I finalize the ingredients I want to use (Black seed oil, Caster oil and Almond oil) are so far shortlisted...

Excuse my ignorance, but I don't know what 'khopra' is.. I googled it and it showed some sugary type of snacks.. which surely can't be good for the health?

Dude...the same thing happened to me when I was 27. I decided that instead of remedying the hair loss, SHAVE IT ALL OFF!!! I'M 46 NOW, STILL BALD AND DAMN PROUD OF IT! :D why would you EVER wanna remedy it when you can just shave it all off??? Being bald will ALWAYS be in style AND you'll NEVER have to worry about dying your hair black, brown or blonde in your old age! :enjoy: <-- see? Even smileys are bald...ever see a smiley emoticon with hair? NoOoOoOo! 8-) <-- bald again!
