Even congress which created India was never in doubt that there was a two nation theory, the recent example is priyanka gandhi's message supporting and congratulating the construction of ram temple, as a matter of fact, it was congress which provided stepping stone for the construction of this temple, the entire hindu nationalism revolves around their mahabharat and ramayana myth, thats their quran or gospel, so congres's leadership backing such a temple made sense that the state they created was in the name of these ram and bharat myths.

The hindutvas are not confused but evidently the muslims in pakistan are. Its been 73 years. Why is this still being discussed ? Its a done deal. Some Pakistanis might have nostalgia for india but its understandable human emotion. Grass greener, etc.
People don't have divided loyalties if your country is doing well. Pakistan needs to set aside its old obsessions and put the quality of life of its ordinary citizens first. All these discussions will disappear.
