I'm very upset, some good talent, unused to the robust exchanges on PDF, has just shut down and moved away.

Now, I scrupulously avoid promoting other fora here; that would be unethical, and downright disloyal. BUT if some wandering sheep strays away and comes to some other place, what should I do? Tell you what I'll do. I'll nail that guy's foot to the floor, and never let him go. I'll cull the slack-lipped drool mouths who troll him right out.

What happened here was enfuriating.

Im not inclined to believe the meteorite theory, esp since sound+visuals dont match meteors. Also no one will cut off internet and electricity for a meteor shower.

Rather unbiased look at events, with good research as well. Have a look and draw your own conclusions. I cant ask IAF to prove F16 kill, if it landed in pak. I can, however, analyse given information and deduce that my air force was likely telling the truth since its version of events is the most logical and correlates closely with evidence from 3rd party sources (civilian vids, sat imagery and geolocation etc).

Pakistan shot down abinandan and yet your officials denied it. IT IS ALL UP ON THE INTERNET. Your officials didnt conjure up story of f16 downing before they admitted that abinandan is POW.
After that they kept showing a piece of scrap metal as proof if you had that metal where was the rest of debris?
America which is now your new sweetheart denied any shooting of f16. No international media verified your claim. The sat images showed that there were no changes in structure where india claimed to have hit so it was fake too.

So, in summary Pakistan shot down your jets showed proof, other countries including USA(your ally) denied your claim of f16 shot down, sat images debunked IAF strike. Your IAF didnt even claim abinandan for more than 24 hours. And yet you somehow said IAF version is true? Atleast, talk some common sense oops sorry didnt know indian have no such thing as sense.
