It's an "opinion" it doesn't take in anyway his very interesting report of the aircraft.
As for his point on India... it's an interesting point of view, since he takes into account India policy in the past years concerning Defence procurement. He didn't say "NO" but "Maybe would not"

And no India is not the only potential customer... Even thou' she is the most " involved" in it...his point is still "interesting", per exemple Algeria is "almost" a customer... Try to check Algeria defence procurement... and you will see how their defence is RU centric.... it's maybe "One" of the only country in the world with such degree of RU equipment& integration, like per exemple the latest acquisition of Su-35/Iskander and even report of S-400 etc...

Algeria is an interesting customer. I am surprised at 100% Russian composition of their combat aircraft fleet.

Indonesia operates Su-27s and Su-30s. I believe the total size of the fleet is 25-30
Compared to that Indian air force is looking for 200+ aircraft. Of course it does not take much to
figure out who is going to driven the direction of the project
