Pakistan military has cleared an estimated 80 percent area from the control of pro-Taliban militants in North Waziristan, a tribal belt which until few months back was largely the headquarter of militancy across the region. The military operation has led to split the militants, into several factions. Many of these splinter groups are now joining the ISIL terrorist group.
But what is disturbing for many is this secret official intelligence report which disclosed that the ISIL has formed a ten member Strategic Planning Wing in Pakistan.
Really this this true? Should not india and Pakistan work together on this to eliminate these ISIS scums?
