Reducing Casualties in the War on Terror

Americans have successfully reduced their casualties compared to Pakistan. What is their strategy that results in less casualties to their troops compared to ours?

I know they have mine detection equipment and all. Why don't we have such technology as equal fighter on the war on terror?

Casualty numbers put huge pressure on US government, not so in Pakistan. US war planners and commanders take special care to keep their casualtiy numbers to minimum and issue SOP's accordingly. For instance in Early days of Iraq war, Iraqi fighters would use some kind of human barriers on roads to slow down US convoys and then attack them with RPG's, after one or two such incidents, orders were issued to run over anything and everything which comes in their way, whcih caused thousands innocents Iraqi civilians to be runover and killed by US millitary vehicles. We don't do such things in Paksitan.

why do pakistanis kill people who say something about their prophet(PBUH)...

while these Americans didnot even reveal their casualities.
well Pak casualities are low....

all the Nato forces are there....chk out their casualities...
they use papers due to fear....use great equipments and armod personal carriers....

comparing all this our casualities are negligible in this war comparing NATO...
