Red warrant issued to InterPol for Musharraf's arrest

The Interior Ministry of Pakistan on Wednesday issued red warrants to InterPol’s headquarter in Switzerland for former president Pervez Musharraf’s arrest in the Benazir Bhutto’s assassination case.
The warrant says that Musharraf should be brought to Pakistan in order to carry out proceedings against him in the murder probe

Balochistan's problem is the equal law has never been followed. Law should be implemented.

The case against him is not that he killed Benazir or was in anyway involved in it. It's just that he didn't handle the post-incident investigation well - that too just one incident that the crime scene was washed away.

He can go to court - say oops or say that he wasn't micro-managing it or that he never gave the order to wash away the crime scene. The investigation in charge till date hasn't provided any written order to do so.

You are going to throw the ex president the COAS in jail or hang him for not being able to stop the crime scene from being washed away after you have finalized that the charge of BB murder falls on Baitullah Mehsud?

What else? Article 6? For what? Emergency plus?

(1) The President, a Governor, the Prime Minister, a Federal Minister, a Minister of State, the Chief Minister and a Provincial Minister shall not he answerable to any court for the exercise of powers and performance of functions of their respective offices or for any act done or purported to be done in the exercise of those powers and performance of those functions

The current case against him will be dropped the day he appears before court.

Washing off Crime scene of bb killing,hasn't hve anything ,in which someone cane blAme gen musharaf, why don't people think about the evidence inside tht suv, bb,s blackberry , & the peoples inside tht car?
