It's a typical political case. This culture was started by Bhutto and is very old. For example if I have a fight with some one so I would go to Police Station and get FIR registered and would nominate every Political opponent of mine in that. Even if he is sitting in UK and I 100 % know he is not involved and Police is bound to file the case. This culture is resulting in 6 year old kids getting nominated in murder and rape cases

I myself was a victim of this for more than 5 years and a testimony to what you are saying. Not just political but anyone having a little understanding of how the loop holes work in our law can exploit them to register a case against all male members of the family so that there is no one left to come after and pursue the case and than demand hefty amounts as compensations for sullanama. This is besides the amount paid to lawyers who hardly show up on your date, police walas so as not to get in physical remand, readers to get dates, in short everywhere without money nothing gets done and person is thrown 10 years back in life.

Politics is sometimes not easy to understand
There are many political heroes who killed thousands of people but for a greater good and for a right reason.
If someone attacks me first and i killed him in return then i too will be a murderer as per definition.
