China does provide logistic support but not to ISI, role with ISI is very limited, it is to your military. And for your Information, every one knows Arab funds insurgencies in Pakistan, specially in Karachi, so that the port their doesnt operate at full scale, otherwise, dubai port will lose its business.

Since you are the educated member on the LTTE issue , please educate us when RAW started supporting them and when did they stop the support ???

No one knwas the fact, I am only quoting wikipedia. But the fact is, ISI failed to solve Taliban problem, where as RAW was successful in bringing this civil war in Lanka to a standstill.

Secondly Taliban is not some ethnic issue it was and it is altogether an International proxy war fought by NOT just one by many international players and hence it is NOT meant to be solved in the first place. Whereas LTTE was just a local thingy NOT global so NO Raw dint do any wonder not even in terms of creating any influence against Sri Lanka.

who knows who has solved. But it is solved. In fact LTTE could have became a bigger insurgency because there was people support, where as taliban was only to counter Russians and US took your help. But unfortunately your dreams for using them in Kashmir, like Haqqani group it kicked back and went out of control. US left you with nothing but bunch of Jahils and killers. India could have assisted Russians fully to fight against the Taliban, but why we did not, because we knew it won't be a good step. ISI failed the analysis in long term policy making.

Intel agencies is not just about covert operations, spying, etc but also plays very big role in policy making.

My advice to Sri Lankans please dont Pakistan for helping you solve the problem. From today start thanking RAW
