the organization will only be defamed if and only if it try to protect the killer in uniform, and it was indeed going to be like a regular cold blooded murder by rangers, if not recorded. Take for example how many unarmed civilians have been killed by Rangers in the past few months?

the Organization is fully responsible for actions of its employees in their line of duty.

Accountability will not defame the organization... deviating from it definitely will.
