After mild rains the karachiats who were already facing brutality from KESC now are living in miserable conditions , half city engulfed in dark half under water. Who to blame? in my humble opinion the most of this is due to the corruption of MQM it self and ppp and a due contribution is made by PTI too who have just raised slogans but nothing practical

Provincial Government and the people who were contracted the bridges and streets

The Constitution of Pakistan , claims , that such matters are responsibility of a Province.
Province is run by People's Party Pakistan i.e Zardari/Bhutto clan, Karachi is a small unit of that Province

The Court and Judiciary is also appointed with Provincial Government's blessings in Provinces no wonder , Criminals eat Five star meals in Prison and they install a Air-condition Unit in their Cells.

About a month ago, Mayor Wasim Akhtar said there was no money for clean the drains in Karachi.

Fast forward. About a week ago, Sindh govt got money to clean the drains. Even after that was still flooding in Karachi. So where did the money go?

This is a common issue that happens every year. PPP has been in power for over 13 years, still the problem has not be solved.

18th Amendment. Nothing can be done by federation in other provinces without having majority of seats in province assembly. Sindh assembly is ruled by PPP right now.
