Kapil sisal tried to remove 10th standard exams saying it was undue pressure on students
He tried to push hard for grade system when minimum cutoff at st stephens became 100%
He began work on building 6 new AIIMS level medical school

India has one overseas IIT and an Indian PM visiting it would have given it a boost. When modi visited that country Irani made sure he did not visit the IIT coz the director did not agree with modi on several issues.
