Pakistan has no foreign policy that is why our view point on international goes not the powerful and its recognition is not accepted there. The detailed and to the point as well as aggressive foreign policy be made and later followed it strongly. It is a great tragic that the incumbent govt is not interested to indict a foreign minister. One adviser has been nominated but representation of an adviser does not effect well at international forums. It is beyond to understand why the present govt does not want to appoint the minister. The govt knows better...
