Meanwhile neither Tran Quoc Vuong is friendly to those corrupt Southern factions and many others. However, Tran Quoc Vuong while is very fierce, may not consolidate as much power as Pham Minh Chinh.

You dont understand south Vietnamese. Le Duan belong to best Vietnamese leader in our history. He do know well about betrayal policy of CPC in Vietnam war.

Most likely Tran Quoc Vuong will become party secretary. Party secretary is reserved for someone in the North.

While pm nguyen Xuan phuc is considered competent, he was from so call south.
