Pakistan needs to focus on developing Baluchistan starting from exapnding and developing cities like Sibi and Quetta and Gawader and Chaman and HUB I think FC and other forces should establish there bases in these cities and develop the cities under there supervision. Secondly water is needed in Baluchistan for that a massive man made canal should be build in which water is from KPK rivers like SWAT and other Rivers up to Gawader. Also industrial areas and industries need to be established in these cities I mentioned
