Punjab Government is working on five years project to introduce high efficiency irrigation technology in the province. The project will be completed at a cost of thirty six billion rupees.
A spokesman of the Department on Farm Water Management told our Multan representatives Ghulam Abbas that the project will also help to boost the agri yield up to twenty five percent.
The Punjab government is also providing 700 laser leveler sets to the farmers so that they could be able to irrigate their maximum land with using minimum water.
