Only Punjab needs to be divided. Punjab is causing alot of problems. It's a flawed system when 1 province has that much clout.

All other provinces can remain intact.

At the time of independence, Punjab bore the brunt of partition. No other province of (present day) Pakistan was bifurcated. Why Punjab every time ?

I think its a good idea to divide the provinces. No need to put all your egg in one basket. Break the provinces as follow:

Punjab into 3 provinces
Balochistan into 3 provinces
Sindh into 2 provinces

Why not making Karachi a separate Province? Karachi citizen are suffering because of Sindhi and they choose Bhuto and will die with bhuto so why educated citizen of karachi suffer because of uneducated who don't think beyond bhuto?
