This is a good step in right direction, rather very late.
Our 60% population is dependent on agriculture. What your government is giving them? No subsidy, expensive diesel and higher costs of seed & fertilizers. Then there are mafias of middle men.
That was not enough and the government allowed import of agriculture produce from India. Ask the farmers, what do they think about it.
Indians, atleast they are not stupid like us. Every time there is a shortage of any vegetable in their country or prices shooting up, they at once stop that item's export to Pakistan. It is necessary to regulate every import. When every country protects its industries/farmers, why cant we?
