If there is any offence committed in that scheme it will be bring about in Musharraf’s tenure a long time back. Moreover, As a matter of fact, SBP has verified details (provided by PMLN) of every penny received in that scheme and that was shared in another thread as well here in PDF

so whats wrong with that? He is facing legal process after not been able to pay debts thats what we say free judiciary.

He took a loan and he defaulted..any one could if they made a less than sound decision in business or luck did not have them..as simple as that.

If my memory serves me right, All the loan taken by Nawaz and his cronies when they were in Government. PTI not in government, an individual took loan in his personal capacity Vs. Loans were taken on the name of Head of state back then....

Here is a piece of advice for all my pakistani fellows. Whether we are PTI, PPP, PML-n, MQM, or any other political party's supporters. Our goal is the same. We all want a progressive Pakistan. The only way to achieve this goal is, that we pakistanis keep check and balances on the parties we support, rather than wasting our time on finding others negative points.
Unfortunately it is our unconditional love for our parties that has spoiled our party´s political elite. Hadn´t we overlooked our own party's faults and shortcomings, Pakistan wouldn´t be in the sorry state of affairs they are in today.

A constructive debate on this forum can also only be achieved if we are not afraid of looking inwards and be self-critical first.

during the year 1994-95, the Ittefaq Group of Industries (one of the Sharifs’ family businesses) obtained loans from various banks amounting to almost Rs3.1 billion in total.

The outstanding liabilities of the Ittefaq Group of Industries lie at over Rs2.3 billion, including the principal amount, mark-up, and cost of funds.

While hearing this application, the LHC constituted a Committee on July 8, 1998 to take possession and to protect, preserve and dispose of the assets of the companies belonging to the Ittefaq Group.

Sources familiar with the matter, however, say that one director of the group or another would file a petition every time the court came close to allowing bidding on the assets, thereby delaying the process.

1. I know you are not very well educated so once again I will give you a free lesson.
You can't do corruption unless you are in power. the very definition of corruption is people using their power to get away with crimes (usually financial ones). How can PTI have done corruption when they were never in power? But then again, the most corrupt pary has bought you with nothing more then keema wala naan, so I can't exactly expect higher thought form you

2. Even if PTI is corrupt, even you admit that they will stand in front of a Judge for justice.
So that will solve the corruption problem really fast.
Reason Ganaja is so corrupt is that he has never had to stand in front of a Judge to prove his innocent.

As far as Sharif family (Ittefaq foundries) loans are concerned…..just read the news article carefully again the total worth outstanding of It is around 2.3 billion including markups and principle amount and against the assets surrendered against this outstanding by the approval of concerning banks in court are worth 2.48 in 2005 only.

You will also read the only hurdle remains in resolving this case is LHC orders of accepting of the last bid presented in 2005, this is an old news and reprinted after including 12 Masalhas into it for the circulation increasement only.

what is ittefaq brother? Qarz utaro! Sasti routi? Laptop? Mehran bank scandel? Can you look at these things with open eyes?

and obout the OP that is consider a part of business when you fail to pay debts your personel property which is considered as security against loan is taken by bank. And what pmln is doing is called CORRUPTION. So my point is simple you can defame pti when you have some proofs or atleast facts.
