Can you tell me what wrong did SKMH do with the donations of the public? And how did SKMH do money laundering? How did SKMH siphon of millions for IK from public money?

It was a simple investment, and when the property rates went down, HBG gave SKMH more shares to compensate for the decrease in price, and hence SKMH did not lose their money.

ans for ur 1st concern , shaukat khanaum need foreign reserves because most of medicine and equipment is bought from international market and not from local as cancer medicine are not available in local market , same is for machinery and equipment ...
needs foreign reserves are needed to buy them .....
