From what I recall, it was Pervez Elahi that threw a spanner in the works.

He said first in court that he is ok with Hamza remaining CM, and then PTI had discussions with him and they went ahead with it.

With the election for Hamza null and void, Buzdar was constitutionally the acting CM, until a new one is elected.

Hopefully Khan distances himself from PML Q and goes back to people who originally supported him in Gujrat.

Monas Elahi name was in Panama papers and everyone in Gujrat knows how the money was made. Whenever general elections occur in near future, I pray PTI finds a suitable candidate. PTI can win from Gujrat, PML Q did nothing for Gujrat except selling sand on chenab.
