Kulbashan Yadev is not the only Indian bred terrorist we have in custody in Pakistan. He just happens to be connected to Indian ruling government that just makes him special for India not for Pakistan and neither for Afghanistan.

Pakistan does not negotiate with terrorism nor their sympathizers. If Afghanistan has indeed offered an exchange thanks to their own higher level IQ it is not our problem. It will take less than a second to trace the financial dealings of the APS attacker with the Kulbashan Yadev network or the much maligned Terror Mata.

Foreign Minister Khawaja Asif during an interview with Asia Society disclosed Pakistan was offered to exchange self-confessed Indian spy Kulbhushan Jadhav with a terrorist involved in the attack on the Army Public School in Peshawar.
