Professor: Israel used Gaza as field experiment and reaped profits from war - Israel News, Ynetnews

Swiss professor Riccardo Bocco, a professor of anthropology and sociology for the Graduate Institute in Geneva, claimed Israel had an economic motive in killing Gaza civilians during Operation Protective Edge during a lecture held by the Geneva Peace Building Platform. According to Bocco's claims, the security industry used Gaza as a field experiment and reaped a $7 billion profit as a result.

"The killing of Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip during Operation Protective Edge had a clear economic motive – the Israeli security industries are the ones who prospered from Protective Edge," said Bocco.

Bocco's lecture was recorded by an Israeli representative at the conference, and a report was handed over to the Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem as part of a mission to track anti-Israel activities with an emphasis on those which receive sponsorship from international and academic institutions.

The said event went under the title "Geneva Peace Week" and included lectures by several other professors.

"An academic degree never constitutes a guarantee of decency," the Foreign Ministry said in response.

"The Foreign Ministry fights and will continue to fight all of those who take advantage of their position as academics in order to slander Israel. It is unfortunate to see that the UN and well-known academic organizations sponsor debates and seminars that promote incitement and violence rather than peace."

Professor Bocco has been a faculty member at Geneva's Graduate Institute of International Studies since 1986, and heads Palestinian research at the academic institution whose graduates include former secretary general of the UN Kofi Annan and award-winning Israeli historian Shaul Friedlander, who also taught at the institute and now teaches at UCLA.

Therein lies the problem.

This is not about money. It never was. Money can be printed. It does. Huge amount...billions and trillions!

When the colonists destroyed Africa - It was not only about CHEAP LABOR. It gave them many benefits...

For example: spread Christianity, fragment the culture, the traditions, put their bitc*** in top government positions. Educate the local elite abroad with many going back...Creating a hegemonic culture. Not letting local people get quality education.

The same thing is happening -

Western elite is not invincible. They understand that. They still need decades of research to attain that point. So you will see more wars fought in the Muslim countries - Again - It will serve many benefits - Fragmented culture, western secularism, no education for the youth, put their local bitc*** in top government positions. Not letting people get quality education.

Remember - Economic and financial models during the colonial era were much different than now - Only one thing is common - Only one - That is - The masters of yesterday are the masters of today - If economic and financial models adapted and changed - What remained the same - What was the underlining reason - The key...

Muslim countries need 50 years of complete peace to rise as a power.
That will never happen...

If Jordan was strong - Educated - Local defense industry - Quality of life -
If KSA was strong - Educated - Local defense industry - homegrown leadership and not kinks -

Do you think people in Gaza would have been killed?
Do you think CIA would have been able to train fake jihadis during Soviet era?
Do you think CIA/MOSSAD/MI6 and (Arabs) were able to train fake jihadis/ISIS/Syrian "rebels"?

At the end - some white people think they are superior - The real reason - The real - Is not really their color only! It is their quality of life, education, creativity and so on -

Why others could not achieve it?
Answer lies within and without.

Within: Local elite effed their people. Those people never stood up.
Without: Same white people effed you over. After that, you were destined to fail. That gave them the comparative advantage and consequently - SUPERIORITY!

Same thing is happening now -

While the African leaders of colonial era were busy getting advanced weaponry from the Europeans in exchange of slaves - (In other words..your own people effing you over).

While the Saudis are buying weapons from the west and not promoting local defense industry. Not promoting leading edge research centers...

Not many things have changed...

No monopoly gives up control voluntarily!
