Preventing members in ignore list from quoting

I have observed that if we add any member to our ignore list, they still can quote us. Ofcourse we can chose not to reply to them, but still... Is there any way to permanently ignore users in ignore list and not allowing them to quote/mention us? Getting a thank from ignored users is an exception though!
