He is late to this game. Already Tanzania started this journey.
Inter-regional trade is all in local currency. Next even now with one of our larger trading partners -India - it has been shifted to directly INR and TZS.
Issue with Kenya was their infatuation with dollar and tourism. Then came barak - they thought they became americans over night.
