Exactly of his personal interest into such domain. President himself been advocating for strong cyber security.

Pakistan is very weak in this area.....although Pakistani society is not as dependent on computer systems as other nations. This is and will gradually change.
Our govt is and a lot of stuff gets leaked and it is used to mock Pakistani lack of cyber security measures

Bahi we are not doing a lot in terms of cyber security measures (like defensive measures) but we are doing enough as offensive measure but it can be improved to way bigger level.

We get more stuff through espionage than through our cyber efforts.

This is a simple example of their scam centre passouts/dropouts (whatever you want to call them as they are bunch of kids from indian scam centres) getting hold of our documents

Real cyber work is being taken care of by ISI and FIA to some extent and their work is not reported any where. The one shown in documents is mostly from other guys who have no clue about anything.

Bahi this is what I am trying to say. Yes we do have offensive capabilities such as APTs like Green Havildar but we lack when it comes to defensive role we need to train our govt employees in terms of IT and warn them regarding Cyber threats at basic level atleast they literally open anything they see..
