I don't think that india has MQ 8B in it's inventory.

Yes we don't have these in our navy but we have already received the demonstration and as per some report, it was even cleared for sale under FMS but India haven't selected it yet. I think India is thinking about its own, the tie up with IAI to develop chetak first and then Dhruv into UAV is causing delays.
