Nothing big, small kind of explosion in a parking lot, hopefully no casualties, some minor damage to cars and a near by bank.

looks like a cylinder blast in a parked car.. no casualties

Apparently it was just one of those improvised firecracker designed to create panic, slight damage caused to a parameter wall.

Just came from there...police has partially blocked the access but from 1p2p side, only a damaged pick-up I saw....thankfully an accident and nothing alarming...

Who possibly could be behind these new series of bombings which rocked Peshawar, Timargarah couple of days back and today in Islamabad. I think Pakistani agencies need to figure out the master minds behind these attacks and operations should be conducted at gross root level right from the point from where these militants get $ to carry out these kind of cowardly attacks

I think we already know on a strategic level who is masterminding this. That is why army is sitting on top of them on FATA.

There is no single mastermind - once the knowledge and expertise is passed on, and Al Qaeda has done a pretty good job of that, multiple small cells can act individually and independently of any central leadership.

Their objective is to blow themsleves up somewhere while causing mass casualties, the job of the leadership is to take credit for those acts of terrorism.
