290k, last year same month.. AlhamdolillahMine is 280k from test few months ago.Apparently normal range is 140k-400k.

don't have a dengue (dengoo) or any other scary health situation so I wouldn't know.
is there a new smart gadget with an app out that people are aware of these things now ? they can check calorie burn counts and heart-rates etc these days.
