Can I apply for Indian citizenship based on my DNA?

Why do you want indian nationality? Clearly yes, the dna is showing complete indian footprint.

Look, it was something i had debated 3 decades back if i should take up either syrian or kurdish or turkish (if it ever became a country) on my family roots but decided no; i was born in this country and this country is my identity and am of this land. The rest makes no difference to me. Only countries now allowing such backtracking nationality are Spain and Portugal.
