What's new

Post supernatural experiences of yours and fallows.

A female cousin of mine was alone in her room. She was 7 months pregnant and sleeping in her bed, when she woke up to drink water and saw an old woman caressing her legs and feet. She screamed at the top of her lungs and that woman vanished. It's believed in folklore that they are a kind of being, likely a manifestation of Jinnat who come to look after pregnant women.

I somehow managed to put my hands on a steel jar at the local black smith's shop. So on my way back to home it fell outa my hand and the lid turned opened accidentally. Green smoke started coming out of it and in a while i got cautioned "chanoo ki aankh m IK Nasha hai ":o:
I was like dude yeh jin bara kaarigar hai :-)
Yeh tu jhoot moot ki kahani lugti hay. :woot:

This so creepy man

I m not a superstitious person but as a mulsim, i firmly believe what is mentioned in Quran about Djinns. It happened to me at least twice so far.

Several years ago, while sleeping on the roof due to heatwave and heavy load shedding prevailing in the city, at around 2am, i began feeling pressure on my chest and shoulders and could not move a finger despite several attempts. For some reason, i felt as if something from that nearby tree came down but i saw nothing around. Worse, i wanted to shout but couldnt. I was damn scared, almost quivering.

Whatever it was, it shook me pretty badly. I read some literature and found about how djinns move around at places late in the night especially after 2am.

Sleep paralysis?
I'm not a superstitious person either and I'm rather quite scientific in my approach to everything...i would consider that sleep paralysis but then again I didn't get to experience it as u did.

As a Muslim I do believe what the Quran has described about the existence of Jinns and Angels(as other sentient beings besides humans). I have been fascinated about this "unknown"(unknown to me) and I have gone looking. I have visited places that were supposedly haunted according to various accounts...I lost a bet once and spent a night in a graveyard...and nothing ever happened

...nothing happened in that graveyard nor in those haunted places...I didn't see/hear/experience anything.

but...
there were two instances that come close to being supernatural. Once I was asleep in my bed...my feet towards my closet...my head away from it but facing in that direction(of my closet). I dreamt that I'm awake in my bed looking towards my closet and the closet door is partially open(it was a sliding door)...through it I can see some of my clothes hanging and there is some dark figure staring at me. I just somehow know in my dream that it's a lady(if u can even assign a gender to something supernatural?). The rest of her is just a dark silhouette but on her face she has this veil(black net thing) and u can barely see a face...like not quite human but human like and creepy.

The sight of that(in my dream) immediately woke me up...and normally I would've chalked it up to a nightmare...I've had quite a few throught my life but the reason that I don't think this one was like any typical nightmare is bcuz the moment I opened my eyes(with the memory of this dream fresh in my head)...everything was exactly the same. The position in which I dreamt I was laying...the way I was facing...the closet door partially opened the exact same way and even the same clothes(not just any clothes) were visible through that partially opened door. The only thing missing was the creepy lady...it felt like I opened my eyes and the only thing that disappeared was that lady while I somehow perceived everything else down to every detail while sleeping.

A second instance I can't explain except to say that perhaps I was dreaming?
This happened a while back...I came home from work where I had stayed late to catch up with some work. It was a long drive too and I was exhausted...so I just grabbed a blanket and passed out on the couch in my living room.
- side note: my bedroom is upstairs...when entering the house u enter the living room first.

That was on Friday and I don't work weekends so I was gonna sleep in. I woke up late(or so I think that I woke up?)...but I still had the blanket over my head and my eyes closed...still sleepy...and then I felt like somebody had put their hands around my neck over the blanket. I was sort of surprised and sort of in disbelief for a second bcuz no one was home except me. Then the next instant I thought "hey it's here...what I've been looking for...let's take a good look at it"...
So I grab the arms(of whatever it was) through the blanket and I tossed "it" on to the couch(over my legs) while simultaneously sitting up...
...and nothing...there was nothing.

Soooo...that left me sort of scratching my head...did I actually do that? Did that happen? Or was that a dream? Was I only "awake" in my dream and then this happened? And maybe in reality I only woke up while sitting up(as I threw that thing? down on the couch also in my dream perhaps). However I'm fairly certain that I was awake...and I didn't wake up after this sequence of events...but considering that it would make no sense...while the part where I could've dreamt this whole thing makes more logical sense(based on my lack of seeing anything supernatural)...I therefore just use the whole dreaming it explanation.

The more I think about those two experience the more confused I get...and the only explanations I can give myself that sound reasonable are that I was just dreaming. Both of these experiences were quite far apart temporally speaking...and quite a few years have passed since...everything has been normal. So maybe it was just my obsession of trying to find/know/interact with this unknown that made my brain perceive things that were normal as if they were something more? something unusual?

Idk how to have a solid explanation for these...but I do hope to one day find out whether I'm just going crazy over analyzing this or was there something more to these experiences.

Nocton Hall, in Lincolnshire, it is an abandoned WWII hospital for servicemen who returned from the theater after the war. It cared for men and women of the armed forces from WWI through to the Gulf War I. It was abandoned in 2004 anti war campaigners set the building alight causing millions of pounds worth of damage.

During the fire several US servicemen and a porter were killed. It is said that the building is haunted, and anyone going to the room that housed the former Dental department feels short of breath as if someone is sitting on your chest and no urban explorers visit this site during night time.

The rear of the building houses the incinerator and several people have reported fainting or losing consciousness there momentarily, it's unknown if that is due to build up of natural gasses such as CO/Methane or something else.

Sleep paralysis?
Your ERA was disfunctional.
Your IR thermal sensors failed along with your APS.
Your engine lost momentum.
Your gunners sight and commanders periscope got blind.
Your NVG's got misty.
Your auxiliary power pack could barely function.
The main gun lost its stabilization, the ack ack jammed and the coax was out of ammo.
:chilli:

Ok on a serious note, did you resist the effect or let it over power you?

Hi , please read surah baqarah daily . Quran can be used as offensive tool against these evils.
I suffered from such evils and due to reading surah baqarah, muzammil, ayat al kursi and quls. . I'm gaining success . Quran is very powerful . We've not yet realised the power of quran .
