Why not explore options never explored before???

Japan has policy not to deal with countries having Military related nuclear programs with exception of USA and perhaps they have now opened for India. But chances are low that Pak may get anything from them. However Pak may get equivalent tech by joining hands with Turkey and same is happening.

Japs don't sell weapons as off now..

China is working on MPA, join them.

There must be sooo many hidden gems that several lesser appreciated small countries may be trying to sell.

And that at a good price, maybe even with some ToT.

We do same thing with trade.
