don't get me wrong but is it equal to idols destroyed in Khana Kaaba or that was a different thing and this is different? what is different between both?I just want to understand.
i am not against preserving the idols for museums but why to arrest them and so much cry. they found it during digging. they did not steal it from a museum and destroyed it.they just found it and in their eyes, it is nothing more than a piece of rock which is blocking their work.
and their culture starts with Islam and finishes with Islam. they don't think that statue belongs to their culture.
My question is only for Muslims.

That is/was House of Allah built by Hz Ibrahim. So that was purified.. That is completely different. Invaders sometimes destroyed idols, as Mandirs had accumulated wealth. Alamgir destroyed a mosque too.
Overall we are not allowed to destroy nor any symbol, book and the idols.. by sharia and Pak laws

Kaaba was built by hazrat Ibrahim AS as a mosque to worship one God.

I would give an example that Egypt was conquered in hazrat umar RA period but temple of abu simbal and all other egyptian gods are still standing not a single stone was harmed
