During 1989-1990 Poland acquired its first twelve MiG-29s some migs we got from germany(23) and the su 22 are from 80s to so all old
F 16 are from 2003 ...
Poland got a big modernization program but what will it be we will see, our equipment is old so its need to be upgraded 2013-2022:
1. Air defence system - among other things the following items will be procured under this program:
- air defence medium-range missile systems WISŁA;
- air defence short-range missile systems NAREW;
- self-propelled air defence missile systems POPRAD;
- mobile air defence missile system GROM/PIORUN;
- air defence short-range artillery-missile systems PILICA;
- mobile three-coordinates radio stations SOŁA/BYSTRA.
2. Helicopters - among other things the following items will be procured under the program:
- multipurpose-transport helicopters;
- search and rescue (SAR) helicopters;
- anti-submarine helicopters;
- attack helicopters;
- VIP-transport helicopters.
3. C4ISR - Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance systems - among other things the following will be procured under the program:
- Integrated Systems of Command and Warfare Means Guidance, integrating reconnaissance, fire and logistics systems;
- Mobile Command Posts;
- command vehicles and command-combat vehicles as well as force tracking systems, in subunits equipped with KTO ROSOMAK;
- tactical data transmission systems;
- development and modernization of cyber defence system.
4. Modernisation of armour and mechanised forces.
5. Combating threats at sea - among other things the following items will be procured under the program:
- submarines of new type;
- minehunters KORMORAN II;
- patrol vessel in basic version ŚLĄZAK;
- coastal defence ships MIECZNIK;
- patrol vessels with counter-mine function CZAPLA;
- electronic reconnaissance vessel DELFIN;
- combined support vessel MARLIN;
- rescue vessel RATOWNIK;
- demagnetizing floating station MAGNETO;
- coastal missile defence unit of Polish Navy (NDR MW);
- NSM missiles for coastal missile defence unit of Polish Navy (NDR MW);
6. Image and satellite reconnaissance - among other things the following items will be procured under the program:
- mini UAVs and vertical take-off mini UAVs;
- short-range UAVs and short-range vertical take-off UAVs;
- medium-range UAVs;
- MALE UAV;
7. Individual soldier's equipment and weapon - TYTAN.
8. Modernization of missile and artillery forces - among other things the following items will be procured under the program:
- modules of division 155-mm self-propelled howitzers KRAB with intelligent ammunition;
- modules of division multi-rocket launchers HOMAR;
- modules of 120-mm self-propelled fire mortars KTO-M120 RAK;
- radiolocation artillery reconnaissance systems LIWIEC;
- automated guidance set "TOPAZ" for fire module of rocket launcher WR-40 LANGUSTA.

11. Transport aircraft - under the program more items of transport aircraft C-295M and M-28 will be procured.
12. Wheeled Armoured Personnel Carrier KTO ROSOMAK.
13. Anti-armour guided missile SPIKE.
14. Patrol reconnaissance - among other things the following will be procured under the program:
- light reconnaissance armoured personnel carriers;
- reconnaissance vehicles for long-range reconnaissance units;
- mobile unmanned reconnaissance vehicles;
- IT system of collecting, analyzing and distributing information;
- automated system of collecting, storing, processing and distribution.
