With Prime Minister Of Pakistan, Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif's open heart surgery that was pretended to be carried later on Tuesday, this week, new doors to rumors have been opened.

Social media is again full of rumors regarding this cardiac surgery taken out somewhere in a hospital situated in London with the following facts:

• Who Operated the Prime Minister?
• In which hospital the operation was carried out?
• Was it an open heart surgery or a hair transplant? Well looks like a hair transplant from the picture above which was posted by his daughter, Maryam Nawaz on her twitter account.

Ok I find this post pretty offensive, there should be some level respect accorded to the head of a state.
The guy is fighting for his life, his the PM of Pakistan and here we are posting and making fun this situation.
